Lily Man is a Registered Nurse with advanced practice experience who has spent years working inside hospitals and helping healthcare teams improve safety, communication, and follow-through. She has coached teams across emergency, inpatient, outpatient, palliative, rehabilitation, and long-term care settings, taught clinicians, reduced medical errors through quality improvement, and was selected as one of three clinical planners for Canada’s largest hospital redevelopment project.
Through Liora Ministry™, Lily brings that experience directly to families. She understands where care can break down between appointments, hospital stays, discharge, and home — and how much families are often left to carry on their own. Her role is not just to accompany, but to help families understand what is happening, prepare for important visits, keep track of key details, and feel more supported during complex medical situations.
